I bought an inexpensive umbrella to figure out the structure.
To understand the structure of traditional umbrellas, I disassembled and observed.
3D Scanning and Printing
In the Week5 3D Scanning and Printing, I were able to test making the hinge of an umbrella.
Before carrying out the final project, we had a meeting with team leader Koo Hye-bin, who is the team leader of Seoul Innovation Fab Lab, to come up with detailed implementation plans.
During the meeting, team leader Koo Hye-bin suggested in my final project that it would be better to create an LED module that can be mounted on all umbrellas with an emphasis on implementing functions rather than sticking to traditional umbrellas, and I decided to follow the good opinion.
